What does it include?
Shirodhara: An Ayurvedic therapy that involves a continuous stream of warm oil gently poured over the forehead, known as the "third eye" area. This soothing treatment aims to balance your body, calm your mind, and promote overall wellness.
Abhyanga: A head-to-toe warm medicated oil massage. It begins with the head, neck, and shoulders, followed by the entire body. It involves long strokes taken along the body's contour with specific rhythm, flow, and pressure.
Ayurvedic foot massage: This involves stimulating vital points in the feet and soles, and applying medicated oils massaged into your skin from below the knees to the soles of your feet. It is a blissful experience that offers a range of benefits for your overall well-being.
